@Gavin2Hell Allen is one of the youngest players ever draft in the modern NFL and people decided to give up on him before he even turned 22 lmao, jets fans will forever be sorry sacks
EDGE Kingsley Enagbare owns a 14.7% run stop rate this season, the fifth-highest mark among the 89 edge defenders with at least 50 snaps against the run.
The Jets are one of only four teams with multiple edge rushers who have recorded 10+ run stops this season, as David Bailey (12) and Kingsley Enagbare (10) have both reached double digits.

@pvl1520@JustinTFried I dont disagree, but stephens is still under contract till next year and hes been more than capable as the outside corner 1/2 so theres no real point atleast for now
@pvl1520@JustinTFried Every1 I named played a minimum of 60% of snaps at nickel their rookie year? I wouldnt trust Ponds to play the other 40% at outside or even as a safety cuz of his injury forcing him to miss the off-season, so yeah, keeping him as a slot backup makes sense imo
@pvl1520@JustinTFried again missing the point, your argument was teams dont draft slot/nickel specialists in the top 50, they very clearly do, he was also drafted to be a corner but missed the offseason with injuries so of course hes not getting more than 30 snaps....
@szantz@nyjets Kene is basically a hall of fame returner... hes the only current NFL player with a return of 90+ yards and atleast 1 or more tds in every season of his career... ST blocking is the issue and it will improve once MMB our REAL ST captain is healthy
@Gavin2Hell Youre undervaluing MMB, He nearly led the league in special teams tackles despite missing like 7 games or something crazy like that last year. with him out Stiggs is moved from his traditional gunner role to the interior whilst McClain takes over which shoots ST in the foot
