@Airtel_Presence I just came to know that in our A wing in the same building 100MBPS plan is available and just because we are paying 3800 per month your sales team are saying you guys don't have such plan here???? I am going to disconnect your services if you want to fool us.

@Airtel_Presence I am located at Iscon Cross road and we made several requests to increase our speed plan since we have Fiber optic connectivity. We are having 8 MBPS plan now and want to upgrade to 100 MBPS, unfortunately your team replies that it is not available in this area.

@Airtel_Presence I humbly request you to let us upgrade our speed plan up-to-date 100 MBPS, we are at Iskon Cross Road, Sankalp Iconic Tower. You guys already have Fiber optic connectivity here. Please please please resolve it once for all.........I am tired making request and complaints again

@Airtel_Presence You can schedule visit anytime from Mon-Fri 10Am -7 Pm. Please please please get it resolved permanently....! I am feeling very bad but this is not the services that anyone expect!!!
