Jamie White has been named Saltire City’s first-ever club captain ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The former Airdrieonians player becomes a key part of the club’s leadership group from day one.

“It means a lot to captain a brand new club from the very start,” said White.

Saltire City have made a marquee signing, 19-year-old midfielder Jamie White joining from Airdrie.

A former U20s and reserves captain with SPFL experience, he arrives as a top young prospect.
