@MandlaEsco@DavidHundeyin No nation is an island. Whether you like it or not you need these Africans that you so much despise. That's what everyone is trying to help you dunce motherfuckers understand. When your overlords decides to follow jn Israel's footstep you guys are done for. Literally.
@lsvvr@tosinolaseinde Thank you for mentioning!
Dear Tosin
My book 'Nigerian Gods' has a chapter on the traditional beliefs of the Hausa ethnic group & also traces their displacement by Islam.
It's available from Rovingheights & Quintessence.
I hope you pick up a copy ππ½

@Akintola_steve No be you dey shout for the past couple of days now say Nigeria no get enough talent? And your first instinct is to talk down on someone who's trying to learn.
LMAOOOOOOOOOO when I said this, they said my mouth was smelling
Over the last 5 years, did we do the work of establishing a good talent pipeline?
We just deceived ourselves and argued about global pay. Welcome to the new disposition
As a frontend developer. NO
Wetin those backend guys they do, if you put body as a frontend fire go burn you.
And Iβm not talking about crud backend devs abeg.
It's funny to see how someone who's been glazing AI and how it could replicate this and that is restless because the same AI is on the verge of replicating his mediocre software. π
Underestimate AI to do what?
Guy, I am really surprised at your takes on this matter.
AI is powerful, it powers most of my personal coding work now.
But itβs absolutely ignorant to think a software built over a year can be built with AI in 2hrs or 48hrs.
Please dead that narrative and keep it moving.
Why do you all have the need to create a "Masterclass"? You've said it, content works, why do you still have to demand money from people? You clearly don't need it, do you? One mistake, and you're branded as a fraud who tricked his followers into buying a course.
I quit my job and content sustained me for six months.
I had no salary. No backup plan. Just the brand I had been building and the trust I had earned from my audience.
People think you need millions of followers before content pays. You donβt. You just need the right audience, the right positioning, and the right strategy.
Those six months taught me something important: your brand and content are assets. They work for you even when youβre not working.
Eventually, bigger brand deals came. More opportunities opened. But that initial period proved the model, if you build a brand people trust, the money follows.
But don't get me wrong, Iβm not saying you should quit your job tomorrow.
The thing is, the skills to make content work for you are learnable, and many times, you donβt have to figure it out alone.
Thatβs what weβve built The Aproko Doctor Academy for.
For five days of live sessions, we teach you storytelling, positioning, monetization, and how to turn your expertise into a brand that actually pays.
Cohort 3 starts May 25th. Early bird is N50,000, and afterwards, N70,000.
