【官方公告】DAC 啟動 Web 4.0 策略飛躍：開啟資管加值新��元

為深度融合 RWA（���實世界資產）並保障用戶長期收益，天脈 Web3 基金會決定正式啟動 Web 4.0 策略飛躍。 DAC 全量資產將對應至合規資管體系「天脈自由基金」。具體實施方案如下：

一、 基金核心保障
【合規背書】：依托天脈集團資產管理牌照，由專業資管團隊進行全球化資源配置。
【收益保障】：月化殖利率至 6% ~ 8%。
【資產錨定】：真實金融資產底池提供價值支撐 ，告別單一鏈上博弈。

二、 資產確權與策略擴充標準
本次映射將根據使用者快照狀態，直接給予 10%~20% 的本金溢價，核算為轉入基金的「初始額度」：
1. 節點使用者（V級���袖）：
第一輪質押未到期：初始額度 = (節點投入 + 質押資金) × 120%
第二輪復投節點：初始額度 = (節點投入 + 質押資金) × 115%
2. 普通用戶：
第一輪質押未到期：初始額度 = 質押資金 × 115%
第二輪復投用戶：初始額度 = 質押資金 × 110%

三、 關鍵執行時間線
4 月 29 日 13:30【快照與停盤】
正式停止 DAC 交易，系統完成全網資產快照，鎖定核算基數。
4 月 29 日 12:00 —— 5 月 3 日 0:00【資料映射】
系統靜默處理向「天脈自由基金」的全額資料映射與核對。
5 月 3 日 12:00【生息啟動】
映射全面完成，原 DAC 底池正式撤出。用戶一鍵確認額度後進入自由基金，即刻按擴容後的新本金計算收益。

四、 策略願景
這項確權不僅是合規收益的升級，該基金資產更將作為底層憑證，為您未來無縫接取 AI Agent與 Web 4.0 智慧化金融生態奠定基石。
