These 18 heroes risked their lives and careers to expose **₱805 BILLION** in cash-filled suitcases delivered as kickbacks from anomalous infrastructure projects straight to the highest levels: President Marcos Jr., Speaker Martin Romualdez, former DBM Sec. Amenah Pangandaman, and the rest of the inner circle.

Ex-Rep Mike Defensor stood with them. Reward? Eduardo Año filed cyberlibel and perjury cases against him. NBI subpoenas hit Defensor, his wife, Atty. Baligod, and the soldiers. The NBI grilled the whistleblowers for 8+ hours each, yet by mid-March only 6 out of 18 had signed statements — focusing on discrediting them instead of chasing the money trail.

Senate Blue Ribbon Committee? Nothing but grandstanding, hot air, and procedural delays. “Might invite them… but it could become a circus.” No serious summons. No real action.

Ombudsman? Still “studying” and “verifying” months later while evidence cools and threats against the soldiers multiply.
