According to BS8110 clause 3.12.6.2, for vertically cast columns the percentage of reinforcements at lapping zones should be less than 10%

COREN? Even with all the gatekeeping, expatriates are still taking many of the available jobs. Only a small number of engineers are truly thriving in the field, and opportunities remain limited.
That's one of the reasons so many engineering graduates eventually...
