I wanted to share a bit of why I started a gofundme, I got hurt at work in 2022 and haven't been physically able to work since. I've had elbow, hand and shoulder surgery with one major shoulder surgery still to come. Workers Comp is a joke. Continued >

I also would have had to drop the huge issue of no TTD benefit payments in 20 months, impossible for me to just let go. After the payments stopped, my injury did not. My shoulder wasn't looked at until dec'23 with surgery on 11/21/24 and one more upcoming.

I'm haven't had a weekly Temporary Total Disability(TTD) payment since February 15,2024. I had to fire my counsel after being pressured and almost giving in to a $100,000 settlement in August '25. Sounds great but I would have to pay my own surgery costs and future med costs >
