What this will do:

1. Transfers 5000 USDC to my personal wallet. I will then bridge this to Neutron, deposit into @jadedotmoney and send the $JSD back to the DAO.
2. Opt-In for Yield earning on Jade
3. Create a Noble ICA.

Routing the funds to myself to handle all the bridging and swaps made the most sense in terms of the least amount of proposals. The creation of the Noble ICA will allow future routing between chains easier.

Holding the DAO USDC as $JSD earns yield and the flexibility for swaps.
