@Ticketmaster @coldplay Then if you don't want your tickets, you refund them back to @Ticketmaster for them to resell. This means that @Ticketmaster's "Face Value Exchange" would actually work because you couldn't sell your tickets anywhere else.

@Ticketmaster @coldplay And everyone, including @Ticketmaster, knows what the solution is - put people's name on the tickets. To buy tickets on @Ticketmaster you're required to upload your ID, which then gets printed on the tickets (your name and partially redacted ID info).
