@skollshonor “You have been training me well, master.”

A hint of a smile appeared on her lips as she watched the man.

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“Master.” @skollshonor

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

Shin didn’t move, she didn’t know this woman so she wasn’t going to let her guard down around her.

“Is it?”

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“Afraid? I’m not afraid of anything.”

She replied, eyes narrowing slightly.

“Shin.”

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

Seeing the other woman’s lightsaber, shin too hovered her own hand over her own.

“You first.”

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

Shin didn’t respond, she simply tilted her head to the side.. confused as to why the woman would even smile in her direction.

As they entered the tomb, she stopped to take in the view that was in front of her.

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

Caedus could sense a bit of what she was feeling, she did keep her emotions close, but some bled through, he understood, but said nothing for now.

The walkway led to a tomb, tall statues of ancient armored figures stood watch over ornate caskets adorned with gems.

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

Shin followed him close behind, she felt as if she was betraying her master for this.. but this was her path. Her future..

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

A nod, though he did still scrutinize her carefully, it would take time before they could fully trust one another certainly.

“Then if you’re sure, let’s get to work, shall we?”

Turning, he led the way down another of the tunnels at the cross section.

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“Well, I will gladly accept a place in this.. empire of sorts that you’re building.”

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

“I suppose one could call it an Empire. If it seems the most appropriate name. But what it’s called is trivial. What will matter is what will be done.

The Empire…it could have been the answer, cooperation is possible, but people sometimes need to be…pushed.”

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“I do want a spot in this.. what is it going to be called?”

She raised a brow.

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

“Not needlessly cruel, not power for the sake of power, but with a purpose, the betterment of everyone, including yourself.

The former Emperor was far too obsessed with his own megalomania, this time it will be different. And you can have your place in this, if you want one.”

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“Order..”

Power did sound rather enticing.

“That does sound.. enticing.”

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

“In time. You can’t expect me to explain everything just yet. What I can tell you is the universe requires correction. It needs order, not chaos.

If you desire power, to never be helpless, I can help you achieve that. You’d have status, authority.”

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“Perhaps if knew more about what you have planned then I would be able to decide on what I want.”

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

“Anything more? You can be honest. And you can think, if you need to. As for that, it is something I can provide.

I have plans for the galaxy, someone as powerful and with as much potential as you would be a great help. If you choose to work with me and follow me.”

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“I want.. a reason to get up everyday.”

That was it, she didn’t need a lot..

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

“Consider your response then.

What is it you want from the universe? What do you want to work toward?”

Caedus had his plans, what he knew he had to do.

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

“And whys that?”

Waste of time? Hm..

[— 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 @DARKAPPRENTlCE]

What did she want?

A soft sigh escaped her lips as she glanced around at some of the markings on the walls.

“No one has asked me that before.”

[Darth Caedus @VadersLineage]

“Then answer me this. What is it you want?”

He rose, meeting her gaze, curious, wondering.
