Neglected in the meantime as my exracehorse was - arrived v thin and terrified of whips - you only had to pick a whip up for her to run to back of stable and hide.

@itvracing @petescu And what happens when they get injured/ don't make the grade?? Horsemeat and neglect - tell the truth.They don't get treated like Royalty if they don't make money- lucky ones find a home, others still get a bullet. Don't whitewash people are not stupid.

I had one , race name Looking Good-dumped because of tendon injury- She arrived very thin and terrified of whips had obviously been neglected, her passport said she was 4 yr old.

@itvracing @petescu If they are no good/ tendon injury they are dumped - which is why so many are available to be retrained as riding horses or sold as horsemeat. Fact. I had an exracehorse ( race name LookingGood a chestnut mare), lovely horse, arrived very thin and terrified of whips.

@itvracing @petescu Until they are not good enough, then they are dumped - literally. They are bred with ultra fine bone to make them faster - which also makes the bone more liable to break -fact. About time a law made the owners provide all vet care for injuries even if it bankrupts them.

@lizanelly1 Those with no brain, common sense /jumping on the racist wagon (channel 5 news,Meghan), will believe her. My sisters in law (Chinese and Afro Brazilian )don't believe her. Ngozi is allowing grooming of girls by ethnic minorities where Police fear to tread because of racism tags.

@RSPCA_official Aware of it isn't enough.Get those two cats off that F****ing animal abuser.They are both Bengals they require specialist care not a good kicking. I am an RSPCA supporter, act or my monthly donations will stop.ACT NOW !! I wish I knew where he lives- I'd break in to get the cats
