@CityPowerJhb @louisescribante Also shocked by this reply! Is @CityPowerJhb unaware that Parkwood and surrounds have not had power for over 15 hours now?! Is that why we have received zero updates or info??!!

@CityPowerJhb @CityPowerJhb it’s been hours since the last update. Please give us an ETA or an idea of the likelihood of getting any power before Eskom switches Block 2 off again at 8pm. We don’t want to be told to wait for updates again please.

@CityPowerJhb Despite my sympathy for those at @CityPowerJhb trying to make things work, as a customer I find it insulting to be told that we are half the problem and we need an attitude change! We wouldn’t need energy hungry inverters if @CityPowerJhb and @Eskom_SA provided reliable power.

@CityPowerJhb I agree that @CityPowerJhb is taking more abuse than it should. I feel sorry for those who are trying to resolve our problems. But @CityPowerJhb is not completely blameless. Due to a serious lack of maintenance & upgrades, their system is old and unable to cope with demand.
