@JWe9378 You pay $600 for a meal. To include staff costs food, gas, electricity, rent and depreciation on kitchen, tables etc. What is the cost basis of that meal. Nowhere near $600 i would assume. So why is the diner subsidising the wages of the staff that $600 should easily cover.

@MichaelHar47688 @mliebow @TaraBull In Australia we dont have a tipping culture. Our minimum wage is around $20 an our but rates can be as high as $50 an hour. Even in high taxing cities like Melbourne it works. Service is good food is great. Not too expensive
