My mum has sent me the pitch that the Reform candidate made to the great voters of Orkney via the local paper and it is WILD. Like a conspiracy theory bingo card.
@thomasbowell I don't think it's at all clear who is best placed to remove the Tories from East Surrey. The pollsters seem undecided. https://t.co/kyAIF66jd5
If you’re concerned about climate change please take the time to watch @simonoxfphys video analysing the UK political parties’ manifestos before deciding on who to vote for in the General Election https://t.co/rRXBnG4C9A
@Kate_Whitfield @alunajones @clairemalcomson@BritainElects I think the main difficulty is applying national polls to specific seats. National swings aren’t replicated evenly throughout the UK. The pollsters often make assumptions on a seat by seat basis. But they aren’t always accurate.
@Kate_Whitfield @alunajones @clairemalcomson Get Voting seem to be using Survation data. It's an outlier. Tactical Vote & Stop the Tories can't call it yet. @BritainElects and Electoral Calculus predict the LibDems in 2nd behind the Tories, as does the latest YouGov MRP.
New punchy video demanding a BBC Question Time Climate Special!
With an audience of 100 climate scientists, grilling Sunak and Starmer on the #climatecrisis.

Sunak’s government has almost destroyed Natural England – just for doing its job. A shocking catalogue of Tory attacks on the watchdog set up to protect nature. It needs its budgets & its independence back. Spot on from @guyshrubsole 👇 https://t.co/EvCt3ESR65
NEW ANALYSIS: Cutting the 'green crap' has added £22bn to UK energy bills since 2015
🏘️Insulation rates down 98%
🏚️>1.6m new homes built to low stds
🌄Onshore wind/solar growth crashed
A decade of rollbacks has left the UK more reliant on gas imports – and exposed to high gas prices

Time to launch my manifesto:
1. Creation of a new meal between breakfast and brunch
2. If it's not sunny on a bank holiday everyone gets a rollover until it is
3. Legally declare that nostalgia isn't as good as it used to be
4. Rename the Isle of Dogs (it's actually a peninsula)
5. Rejoin the EU but let everyone who voted to leave pretend that we still have
6. Creation of a new meal between brunch and lunch
I see @AllisonPearson is talking about EVs again in the @Telegraph
Which requires some corrections to be made
She states that @UKLabour "will compel everyone who purchases a new car after 2030 to buy electric"
Not true - a short thread on why (and some other stuff as well)
Fact check: INCORRECT
Both the Conservatives and Labour are committed to policies that will allow you to buy a new car that you can fill up with petrol or diesel until 2035
#BBCDebate FACT CHECK. Penny Mordaunt is LYING TO YOU.
- You will be able to buy a car.
- You will be able to heat your home.
- Climate solutions will lower the cost of living.
Climate action is good for all of us.
