@DBQLegionBall routs Moville, 14-4, in five innings to sweep the best-of-3 American Legion state baseball championship series. The Minutemen advance to regional play in August.

The @DBQLegionBall have hung five more runs in the third to take a 9-0 lead on Moville. Meanwhile, Drew Sullivan has retired the first nine batters he has faced and has six punchouts.

The @DBQLegionBall Minutemen jumped to a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning against Moville in Game 1 of the best-of-3 American Legion baseball state championship series.

@DBQLegionBall advances to the state tournament on May 2 with a dominating 11-0 win over Swisher. Sam McDermott led the way with 3-4, 2b and HR. Teddy Schlosser added a 2-run HR. Drew Sullivan and Jackson Green combine on a 2-hitter with 13 K’s.
