Here’s another one of our recently finished slabs. We worked alongside Perfect Home to provide foundation to support a new Sixth Form block.
We installed 65nr 300mm cfa piles to an average depth of 8m. We then constructed 225mm R/C slab that spanned 550 square meters.

As the common saying goes, another year another CHAS certificate!

We are happy to share with you all that we have recently been certified as a CHAS Advanced member for another year, showing our commitment to health & safety and our staff's welfare.

Here's another finished slab, marking the result of our work. We installed 26 piles to support the 110-square-meter foundation, as planned in the concept. Ultimately, this project will provide two additional dwellings, contributing to housing in South London.

Job well done 👍. This is another one of our recently completed jobs. It is a 498 square meter piled raft slab. The slab is 250mm thick and non-voided. As there was no plasticity in the ground, there was no need for heave protection. 91nr 300mm CFA piles support our foundation.

Job done. Another slab complete in Surbiton. It’s a 70 square meter rap around foundation built to support a two storey extension.

Here's another one of our completed projects in Essex. It is another non-voided piled raft slab. These photos were taken just 7 days apart, showing how efficient our work can be! A block of 3 story flats will now be constructed on our foundation.

This is one of our completed projects in central London. It is a residential building containing 12 units. The aim of the project was to transform an old car park into affordable living for the residents of the Newham. We worked on this job alongside @bondsbuilders.
