Britain's first gay surrogate parent has been charged with rape and human trafficking.

Surrogacy enables sex offenders to obtain children.

In 1999, Barrie Drewitt-Barlow and his former partner Tony became the first gay men in the UK to father twins through surrogacy.

The two children, Saffron and Aspen, were born in California, and the United States Supreme Court ruled that the birth certificates would list the two men as parents, meaning the babies would be registered as having two fathers and no mother.

The couple had three more children together, all born using donor eggs and surrogate mothers in the United States.

Drewitt-Barlow divorced Tony after starting a relationship with Scott Hutchinson, who is 25 years younger than he is. Hutchinson was dating Drewitt-Barlow's daughter, Saffron, at the time (though the family now claims Hutchinson was always gay and that Saffron was just helping him hide his sexuality). He has since had three more children via surrogacy with Hutchinson, bringing his total number of children to eight.

Numerous disturbing statements have been made by Drewitt-Barlow which dehumanize not only children but the women whose bodies he purchases. He has boasted about paying a model £50,000 to be an egg donor, because he didn't want his child to be "ugly." When his children were praised for being attractive, he said, "Well, you get what you pay for!"

When asked how the surrogate mothers react to seeing their babies before they are taken away, Drewitt-Barlow said he requires every surrogate he works with to have a c-section so they are not allowed to see them — and for other reasons: "‘They don’t see [the baby], because I always put it [the c-sections] in their contract," he said. "I don’t want my children coming out of a woman’s vagina."

These comments appear to be the tip of the iceberg, as he and Hutchinson have now both been arrested for sex trafficking, assault, and rape.

A police liaison officer is filmed calmly addressing a large group of Muslim men outside a mosque in Stoke-on-Trent (Staffordshire Police, near Darul Falah Mosque in Hanley) amid disorder.

His exact words, spoken through a megaphone:

“If there’s any weapons or anything like that, what I would do is discard them at the mosque.”

“Don’t give anybody any reason to have any interaction with the police, so if there’s any weapons, get rid of them. We are not going to arrest anybody.”

Absolutely staggering. No searches. No arrests. Just friendly advice to stash the weapons inside the mosque and carry on.

Imagine if it was a group of white English lads tooled up with knives, bats or worse in the middle of the same chaos. We’d have seen riot gear deployed, police dogs, baton charges, mass arrests, air support, the full works, followed by blanket media coverage branding them “far-right thugs”.

Instead? A calm, helpful suggestion. A quiet word of advice: “Just discard them in the mosque, lads.”

This is blatant, on-camera proof of two-tier policing happening openly in the UK.

The force itself admitted this footage damaged public confidence. No wonder.

My friend Connor fought in BKFC last week and suffered a shattered jaw.

BKFC made him make his own way to hospital where he had to wait 16 hours in A&E before he was seen then 2 days in hospital before surgery.

Diversity is so powerful in the police right now that a straight colleague of mine had to declare himself bisexual just to get an interview for the firearms unit.

They even stated they preferred Officers from protected characteristics on the advertisement.

Applied twice.
Same documents, same experience, same everything.

Turned down both times.

Third time he changed just one tick on the form — from straight to bisexual.

Suddenly… invited for interview.

They were openly prioritising “protected characteristics” over experience and competence.

This isn’t inclusion.

This exchange is so revealing. Kenyon points out the obvious - that the more people that enter a country, the more houses that country will need. But upon hearing the argument that immigration puts pressure on the housing supply, the Green candidate immediately defaults to her "I'm shocked and horrified you could ever say such a thing!" mode. The funny thing is, she ends up agreeing with him, but even then she tries to pretend he has said something appalling. This is what happens when politics is rooted in feelings rather than facts.
