Hey @TurkishAirlines it has been 3 months since you canceled my flight, two days in a row from SEA to IST. What does a Business Class passenger have to do to get basic customer service and hotel and meals reimbursed?

@TK_HelpDesk thought it was appropriate after no less than 6 emails and phone calls to $78.00 for hotel and $41.00 for meals. Is this how you treat Business Class customers who have been inconvenienced, lost thousands in travel costs for safari accommodations and incidentals?
