The worst part?
Nobody at @LGIndia has an actual answer. No escalation brings resolution. Just the same repairs repeated like a loop.

It’s 2025 now. I’ve had this ₹2.19 lakh “premium” fridge for almost 3 years… but never had a consistently working freezer.

This isn’t a cheap appliance — it’s one of LG’s flagship models. Yet, no permanent fix.
Result? We’ve had to discard food multiple times over the years because the freezer fails to stay cold enough.

Repeatedly reported the issue to LG. Each time, the “repair” is either:
🔹 Compressor change
🔹 Some cleaning-up exercise

I’m at my wits’ end with @LGIndia. Bought their high-end 4-door refrigerator GR-X31FMQHL worth ₹2,19,000/- on 26 April 2022.
The freezer cooling system has never worked reliably. For 3 years now, the story has been the same. 🧵

Nike ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit series were bought a year back for 17k from a Nike store. After wearing regularly for only 6months, the shoes are in tatters.

Abysmal customer service @ZARA_Care @ZARA. First you botch up the order and send wrong product, only to replace it a month later. Then when the product is not upto satisfaction, refuse to offer a replacement citing no reason at all
