DC Black Pride held yearly on Memorial Day Weekend celebrates African-American lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. A program of @ctr4blackequity

We are concerned to hear @POTUS is delaying the rebate rule #executiveorder. This order would ensure #PBMs could no longer pocket drug discounts by forcing them to pass along to #patients. The Administration must prioritize policies that lower out-of-pocket costs for #patients.
If implemented, the #PDM demonstration would deny #patients access to essential medication used to manage complex conditions. @CMSGov should abandon this model and protect #Medicare’s six protected classes.
The Biden Administration should reaffirm its commitment to protecting #patients living with chronic illnesses by implementing the rebate rule #executiveorder and abandoning implementation of CMMI’s #PDM demonstration.

Until we fix #DCStatehood, 705,000 District residents are subject to the whims of the Federal Government. Sometimes they're benevolent, and sometimes, as recently seen, they're not. #DCStatehood now.
