@TicketWeb what is up with your website? Have attempted to purchase tickets multiple times tonight using multiple cards and it declines the charge but then charges my card…but I receive no ticket. Horrible platform.
@wmata one of your employees driving SUV 28431 nearly side swiped me on M St SW today. Why? Bc he had his phone in front of his face and wasn’t paying attention. This cont all the way down M St. Is this tolerated? Employees in Metro vehicles should be PAYING ATTENTION.
@wmata They sure were delayed at L’Enfant. Times just kept going up and up and green line trains getting priority. Waited over 20 min for a yellow line train towards Huntington.

@AmericanAir I was boarding group 1….only a few people were on the plane. Stop making excuses for her poor, unprofessional behavior. Yall are already in the spotlight enough right now. Do better.
@AmericanAir is it common practice to check an AAdvantage member’s carryon who is flying first class before checking a coach passengers carryon? Rude ass gate agent at DCA didn’t even give me an option. Yall already aren’t off to a great start this year.
Really unhappy with @Marriott. Your @FairfieldHotels brand is serious lacking. You charge $20 for parking and have security and my car still gets broken into? My room crawling with ants. Expected more as gold elite…maybe it’s time to make the jump to @HiltonHotels
@wmata is really a joke of a transit system with their numerous broken down trains and delays….and then got the nerve to increase fare to try to pay for these ratty trains and tracks throughout the city. Challenge: find two working elevators in any station
