Homeless hotspot can be deceiving. They usually start due to unlawful dumping. This occurs mostly near hard stores. Private contractors find an area to dump scraps to make room for more supplies in their work vehicles. This can give way to those in the street as a place to camp or make a day stop to get high. This seems to be the situation here.

I took the dogs on this o e just for the exercise and for our new little guy (Bosch) to start learning the ropes of outreach with Sansa.
