The independent law firm hired by the @councilofdc to investigate Jack Evans has released their report to the @councilofdc.

@councilofdc It found that Evans had 11 ethics violations since 2014 and received over $400,000 for doing little to no work for consulting clients, most of which were 'prohibited sources' under the #DC Code of Official Conduct.
