What started as commercial solar can become wind, battery, and eventually data centers.

I tried to visit the New York Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) in November 2025. Why? They don’t answer their phones, emails or voicemails.

Not surprisingly, you can’t meet with them in person either. In fact, we don’t even get to know who “them” is. They sign documents as “ORES Staff.”

2 months after I tried to visit ORES, they moved their office location. Funny timing, right?

I filmed this right before going to my first Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) hearing in 2025.

Boy, I had no idea what awaited me. ORES is a shadow government agency that is unreachable by phone or email. They’ve been given complete and unilateral power to crush all town zoning laws and environmental laws.

We’ve lost our home rule in New York State. I welcome the federal government here at any time to help us get it back.

Today I spoke with a local farm owner who has been aggressively approached by SIX different solar companies to lease her acreage.

This woman is actively farming and selling produce at local farmer’s markets.

This is a foreign corporate invasion that’ll interrupt our future food supply more than people are talking about.
