It is with humility and appreciation that I have accepted Damien Kurek’s offer to resign his seat in Battle River-Crowfoot so that I can work to earn the support of citizens there to serve them in Parliament.

Damien’s selfless act to step aside temporarily as a Member of Parliament shows his commitment to change and restoring Canada’s promise.

That's a bit ridiculous! Just watched a friend of mine stream BO 6 and got a 2 day comm ban for uttering the word "F" word after someone called him one. I know he agreed to the 3 codes of conduct at the beginning before being able to play.....

Found out that Andrew Lockington dropped the OST for Paramount's "Landman", what an album to lose myself in. Absolutely enjoyable!

Looks like it'll be a month to a month and a half wait before I commit to watching any of the new shows on Prime Video/ Paramount Plus. When I get suckered into a show that's really good, it's that week long wait that's a bother. Looks like I'll get to watching some movies.

I think it'll go w/out saying that my activity on here will gradually dwindle down to just me using X to view news that's happening in my local area and not so much from me personally. I'll still upload the odd clip(s) here and there....

I caved in and decided to play controller on BO 6 b/c I knew I would be given aim assist. I do good for about 3 games, then I get put into a lobby where everyone is competing for Platinum in core mode. Guess I'll go back to KBAM to realistically play like a scrub.

As much as I enjoy new seasons of the shows I'm watching coming out, I wish they'd air all the episodes than drip feed an episode every week. Depending on the show, I'll usually watch one episode then wait for the rest to air

Sniper Elite: Resistance has been out for less than two weeks and managed to ace the base achievements w/out the DLC. Unfortunately, I don't buy DLC for a game I don't own and it's too expensive to buy atm. But this last round of Survival was a butt clenching moment.

I felt bad for this, but I needed the achievement for it. The only time I join and ruin another player's session (unless I'm helping a friend that is).

I guess BO 6 seen me struggling based on my stats and decided to reward me a lobby with players who are just learning the sticks that made this clip possible... It's like giving me a taste of what sweaty players do if they tried hard enough...

Good golly, if I had to play Call of Duty in today's current climate as job, I wouldn't last long! Even in a team setting, I couldn't muster the the courage needed keep playing at the level everyone else does and I'm just a casual. This is more or less why I stick to SP games.

While I've been enjoying Sniper Elite: Resistance, I've never been more bothered that players can join my session at any time to ruin my fun, learning and taking my time through missions while they can hunt me down! I don't enjoy peer pressure....

and the fact it distracts me from my main focus and mission just adds more anxiety to me worrying where the enemy player is than worrying where the NPCs are which in turn I end up having to Surrender or reload my last save. Not a fan of players dropping in whenever they want.
