@Luthor1940 You’re yet again putting words in my mouth. I never said that Doctor Death wasn’t supernatural just that he falls under the category of people I was talking about
@Luthor1940 Don’t act like you don’t know I’m talking about the movie. The show is commonly referred to as The Batman 2004, or The Batman show, not just The Batman
@Luthor1940 I’ve stated all of this and that simply doesn’t change that he was a grounded detective then. Power levels don’t change the idea of a story being grounded. Superman was grounded in his first couple of issues as well, despite him being faster than a speeding bullet.
@Luthor1940 Do I count the first issue as the character or the first 11, make up your mind. You keep moving the goalpost, and stop stating things that I said earlier, I’ve said many times that he did fight others but originally fought mobsters. Doctor Death is literally just a scientist bro
@Luthor1940 No one is denying Batman is a superhero???? What the hell are you talking about. Stop being dim on purpose and listen to the points I’m making, instead of yapping about your false agenda. Just accept that Batman was a detective in his inception, then we can both move on
@Luthor1940 No is lying about comics or working, and I usually check my notifications on my lunch break anyway. and no one is playing victim, if you think that’s what’s happening then you’re not listening to what I’m saying
@Luthor1940 While The Brave and The Bold is a great adaptation of Silver Age Batman, The Batman arguably captures the essence of Golden Age Batman better, given that they put heavy emphasis on him as a detective, and fighting mobsters like that early Batman era.
@Luthor1940 You haven’t given me a single source to back up the claim that Batman wasn’t an underground character when he was made, I’ve given you multiple
@Luthor1940 When Bill Finger and Bob Kane created Batman, they created him as a scientific detective (their words btw), so he was already grounded and underground in his inception.
@Luthor1940 I said mostly serial killers, that’s the keyword there mostly. His original rogues were just that, and I literally mentioned Strange and the Monster Men, along with the Mad Monk. Also, pay attention because OP literally said that Oliver was an underground character lmao
