@MrTerrific_ Just dead season media discourse. Not enough to talk about right now. Obviously if there’s a deal you can’t refuse then you move off Keegan. Otherwise he’s a perfect piece to have around long term. Wings who can shoot (theoretically) and defend 1-4 are hard to come by
@krishcoughran From a tanking standpoint sure. But a lot could go wrong for the wizards. They need to nail this draft pick, Sarr needs to become a star next season, AD/trae need to stay healthy on these “long term” deals, and the other young guys need to become solid role players. Lots of IF’s
Hunter averaged 14/4/2 in 26min on the Cavs. In theory with atleast one more of Domas/Lavine/Deebo/Malik being moved you’d think he plays 30+min easily. Realistically we could have a 17/6/4 wing on a 25M expiring next year 🤔
@bretthuff22 Forgot about Dario because he was already cut in my mind (which could’ve happened instead of paying for him to leave). But looks like cardwell is signed. Unless it’s not officially inked until Feb 6
Cavs turn Hunter's slot into backcourt depth and create $50 million in salary and tax savings this season. Kings receive an established 3-and-D wing under contract through 2027 at age of 28 and roster flexibility, including converting two-way Dylan Cardwell to a standard deal.
@ScottPerryGM understandably so doesn’t want to take on big contracts, but good teams take on bad contacts to get compensated. Get younger, bring in picks. Get it done.

My Chicago audience always scoff at this take but idc….
This moment is a clear cut example why in my opinion Sacramento’s fanbase is the best and most diehard fanbase in the NBA.
Watching the Bulls the past couple games, it felt like the UC was half empty. In contrast, this arena feels like a playoff environment for a fucking 14th seed.
Unfortunately there’s levels to this man.
