@BananaRepublic I already talked to claims earlier today and they said there is nothing more they can do. Effectively BR has stolen my money. BR, paypal and the shipping company continue to point fingers at each othwr and NONE of them are taking responsibility while im out of my money ๐ก๐ก๐ก

Very disappointed with your customer service. My online order was never delivered and I've been given the runaround for the past 2+ weeks. There's no photo of the delivery because the delivery never happened but for some reason my claim was auto denied. Smh
@BananaRepublic@BananaRepublic so we are not over 2 months since i never receivee my merchandise or a refund. This is ridiculous. And i cant get anybody to talk to me. This is the WORST customer service experience i have ever had and will be sharing this with everybody that i know.
@BananaRepublic This is what real delivery companies do nowadays. You arent able to produce a delivery picture because the delivery never happened. At least not to my house. 100% disgisted with the Gap companies right now
