@AmericanAir an hour in the tarmac with no updates before takeoff, 30 minutes on the tarmac after landing with no updates. Let me guess, it’s an isolated issue? Doesn’t happen often?

@AmericanAir really amazing how you replay to any tweet in 5 minutes yet your crews will let passengers sit on tarmac for almost an hour with no update. Seems you want to give the illusion of customer service without actually providing it.
@AmericanAir my favorite part of an AA flight is sitting on the tarmac for 45 minutes with zero word from crew. Seems to happen every flight these days. Is it part of the crew training?

@SouthwestAir I was able to get it a seat next to my wife due to the kindness of those around us. Checked into an extra leg room seat, I should be handed a paper boarding pass literally as I'm boarding with a different seat number.
