If you have 15-20 seconds of silence calling @MicrosoftTeams AA and call queue before getting the agent, don't be surprised. In cross-regional tenants for callers outside of home location of your tenant it is expected, unavoidable and expected behavior. As per Microsoft...

Might be that some regions will not feel such pain. But try the experience with EU hosted tenant for AUS located caller to AUS number associated to AA followed by CQ with assigned and available agent.

@TheRealKorbyn @MicrosoftTeams That could happen from multiple different reasons. You will never find that acknowledgment until MS engineer will review your case. But you might feel disappointed after Network Performance Assessments, traces, testing, debugging, logging...that response might be it is expected😂

#MicrosoftTeams Pros do you hear from your customers issues with "not ended" Teams calls on the USB connected headsets? User finish the call in Teams but the headset still shows living session. That usually drop the user when joining another call.

Previously, a Teams Phone Resource Account license was only required when assigning a phone number to a resource account.
