A better concept for busting these scam businesses would be to put a camera on them for 30 days and then run AI against it to count the number of unique people and their ages coming in and out

There is no expectation of privacy on a public street, and you could use aggregate data and not release anyone’s faces

And for the record, nothing stops AGs and investigators from doing this exact thing for extremely low cost—which makes one wonder why they aren’t doing it. 🤔

This agency, formed by act of Congress over thirty years ago, is designed to advise both the President and Congress on matters pertaining to the defense and enhancement of religious liberty around the world. The Commission, by intention, is strictly bi-partisan, its members chosen by leaders of both major political parties.
