@sandeepssrin@amazonIN@sony_india I had the same experience with the return order. I returned it to the Amazon delivery agent on 3rd June, and the status is not yet updated on the app, and they refused to give me a refund. I have full CCTV footage of it. @amazonIN@amazon@AmazonNews_IN
So now I got to know that the case has been closed without my consent and resolution. He said that higher officer will contact me within 24 hours and now I see he closed the case the same day.

My #S23Ultra went into a bootloop after an official Samsung update. Service center says it’s a motherboard issue, but it was working perfectly before.
