@Devsthetix I was building muscle at about 100g a protein a day on a deficit for about 4 months up until a certain point about a month ago I hit a plateau.
I optimized my diet to 160-180g a day more or less the same calories and all my PRs have been going up.

@sagelovebars To be fair itโs just a lot easier to bulk and build muscle, then to know the ins and outs of nutrition, cutting, and how your body changes to certain training plans. Not everyone who gets a personal trainer is trying to build muscle
@ScottFoxonair@GasInToronto Ironically the higher the price of oil is, the better it is for the oil companies in Alberta. We start selling our barrels at a higher price and producing as much as possible while prices are high even if that means our own citizens too lol.
