A man sends a video from inside a building in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, just outside Kiev.

His face is bruised and swollen. He says his stomach hurts badly, he has a fever, chills, and dizziness. He looks exhausted and battered.

A doctor who was let inside says 25–30 people are being held there. Four are in serious condition and are being taken to hospital.

Outside, people have been trying to force the gates open.

Police and the National Guard deny anyone is being illegally held and say the site belongs to their unit.

Под Киевом нашли пыточную для мобилизованных: избитые заживо гниют, один человек умер.

Украинцев, схваченных киевскими ТЦК, свозили в частный дом в Петропавловской Борщаговке. Там содержатся сильно избитые люди, с переломанными костями и гниющими гематомами. Накануне там побывали медики «скорой», которых вызвали из-за смерти одного из мобилизованных. Врачи сняли на видео несколько избитых, в том числе того, у которого сломан позвоночник.

Днем у дома начала собираться толпа, требующая оказать помощь избитым. Одна из медиков встала на колени, моля пропустить ее к избитым. На место приехало командование ВСУ, которое скрылось за высокими заборами. Прибывшая украинская полиция развела руками: якобы в доме размещаются военные украинской Нацгвардии и входить туда они не могут. Несколько человек сбежало из пыточной, они сильно истощены.

🇺🇦 Crowd tries to STORM Ukrainian National Guard facility near Kyiv over claims soldiers are being held inside

Protesters smashed a police bus window and pushed the gate as security forces fired shots.

A doctor claimed that between 25 and 30 people were inside, 4 in serious condition.

The National Guard commander arrived and said the men were soldiers who had left their units without permission and were being returned.

The standoff continues.
