You can see from the images, the setting and equipments are very differen from the independent series of Perman(the 7 volumes edition) and anime. So non of the stories from this sub-serie made there way into the indepent manga

So here are some settings in this sub-series.
The helmets increase your strength by 6582 times(instead of 6600). The helmets has no language translator. No badges for communication, and as oxygen tank. The helmets has no strap, so they fall off easily.

However, Shogakukan had different series of magzines targeted for kids at different age. The images you posted here was originally published on the Elementary Schooler Grade 4(小學四年生) series of Shogakukan. This sub-series of Perman is pretty different from other sub-series
