@artyorwhatevs @Hyper_Falcon Depends on the game. If there's high maneuverability, then they're fine, maybe even useless, but otherwise, they are really fucking annoying, esp in CoD games with overkill
@realMWO@Tyler_The_Wise@IanJaeger29 Say you do that, then people just smuggle in goods past the underpaid transportation officials and don't get stopped by the Coast Guard or any other naval law enforcement because they don't exist because there's no money for them to
@JimiKaal @eleevn Now look at all the surrounding stats, like how many school staff members one student will develop relationships with over the course of their education, what percentage of children in the US are even in proximity to a Catholic priest, etc
@gogoesh@Myrk_Heithr@NoodleVEVO Never heard of Squad or Stalker Gamma, but neither Arma nor Tarkov really fill the same niche. One's a total MilSim and the other's an extraction shooter, not exactly 1-1 replacements for the arcade shooter that CoD used to be
@GLL_XC@Hyper_Falcon what do you even do for fun dude. it seems like you hate halo, so do you like play other games or just spend your time bitching to strangers on twitter
@TheElderStunt @WashingtonRAC4 Do you suffer from a lack of object permanence? When something leaves your vision, do you think to yourself "It must not be canon right now,"?
@ULIJASON@Aozolai Yeah that's a rough take, chief. Having all cosmetics locked behind a gambling mechanic was certainly a choice. Granted, Infinite's store is less than ideal, but it and the battle passes definitely beat Req packs every time
@PunishedDelta Honestly I was just so ready to be like "yeah, that's just how development goes" until I realized that dev communication like that never goes that in depth on why the issue is occurring
@ShittyHaloTakes 500 credits is the same price as most individual items in the store anyway. It's basically just an individual item in the store with a free Event extension attached
