Please stop ordering from @Swiggy
They made me wait for hour and didn’t deliver the Instamart order which showed 6 minutes on app.
Better to go to nearest grocery shop and buy stuff. Help those hardworking small businesses than these online vultures
@amazonIN Amazon Now only my 2nd order, had a terrible experience. My order was marked delivered without actually delivered. The delivery partner kept giving excuses, 10 mins delay, then vehicle breakdown. I went to collect it myself, still got misled. Ended up late to office.

need urgent help! Received the order this morning, but:
✅ Order details in the app are correct
❌ The product delivered is wrong
❌ The app still shows “Not Yet Shipped”. I can’t initiate a return.

1. We purchased an item from Myntra and it was not marked delivered despite we receiving the product.
2. We did not like the product and wanted to return
3. Since two weeks we have had so many calls with the support team but return hasn’t been picked up
4. Every time we connect with support there’s same repetitive conversation and we have been mentally drained due to this.
5. We have lost all the trust in the company and nobody from our family haven’t ordered anything from Myntra in last two weeks.
