@MonkeyBoy1117@TerryWare1@DelarueJC@OlenaRohoza Look you MAGAt fuckwad, you don't speak for all of us. We all know that no one was trying to destroy our country before trump. And we can't wait until we can push all you MAGAts back under the slimey rocks from whence you came.
@CountryFirstRep I won't be celebrating this year. I'll wait until trump is gone. He's such a disgrace to our country and I just can't celebrate with him in office
SICKENING: AOC Just showed off the Georgia drinking water from Meta's AI Data Centers. Thank you @AOC:
"This is the current drinking water in Morgan County, Georgia. Right after a data center was constructed, the metadata center was constructed, the only difference between the clean water and this was that data center. I have another one as well. So this wasn't just one well, these wasn't just one family's situation. This is what the drinking water now looks like next to that data center. And I think both of us can agree that neither one of these things are drinkable. These families now have to ship, in a rural area, have to ship water to their house in order to cook and bathe themselves."
Keep posting this so people don’t forget how truly bad this event was.
Don’t let people gaslight you into thinking it was peaceful and worthy of 1500+ pardons and slush fund payoffs.
@Amyy2972@EricLDaugh They don't want to hear about that. They prefer their own little made up world where donnie is a king and republicans never do anything wrong. The number of pardons trump has given to so many heinous criminals is beyond pathetic.
BREAKING: SWEET JUSTICE! The Tennessee man who was jailed for over a MONTH for posting harmless Facebook memes about Charlie Kirk receives an $835,000 settlement.
And it gets so much better...
“I am pleased my First Amendment rights have been vindicated. The people’s freedom to participate in civil discourse is crucial to a healthy democracy. I am looking forward to moving on and spending time with my family," said Larry Bushart, the 61-year-old retired police officer who was held for 37 days behind bars.
He was arrested in September after refusing (as is his right as a red-blooded American) to delete memes mocking the assassination of far-right provocateur Charlie Kirk. Whatever one thinks of such humor, it's undeniably protected by the Constitution.
Bushart was the victim of weaponized conservative backlash and local authorities used the most absurd rationale to imprison him.
One of the memes read “This seems relevant today...” and quoted Trump saying that "We have to get over it" after a school shooting in 2024. The implication was clear: if Republicans are going to tell us to "get over" mass shootings without changing guns laws, then they'll just have to "get over" Kirk's death.
Rather than interpret the meme in good faith as something that he merely found offensive, Perry County Sheriff Nick Weems claimed that the "hate memes" scared local residents who were afraid that Bushart was threatening to carry out a shooting. Clearly, he was doing nothing of the sort.
The profound irony is that Kirk himself purported to be a committed free speech activist. While "defending his memory" these conservatives have desecrated his principles.
During his lawless imprisonment, Bushart lost the job that he had acquired post-retirement, missed his wedding anniversary, and was unable to be present for his granddaughter's birth. His bail was set at $2 million but he was eventually released after the absurd incident drew nationwide outrage.
Bushart sued the county, the sheriff, and the investigator who cobbled together the sham arrest warrant. He has now been fully vindicated.
“It’s in times of turmoil and heightened tensions that our national commitment to free speech is tested the most,” said attorney Cary Davis of Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, which assisted in the lawsuit. “When government officials fail that test, the Constitution exists to hold them accountable. Our hope is that Larry’s settlement sends a message to law enforcement across the country: Respect the First Amendment today, or be prepared to pay the price tomorrow.”
Please ❤️ and share to congratulate Bushart!
BREAKING: CNN's Kaitlan Collins confronts J.D. Vance about Trump's $1.8 billion "slush fund" for January 6ers and child molesters — and his response was disgusting.
This is going to haunt him in 2028...
"You previously told me that anyone who assaulted a police officer on January 6th should go to prison," said Collins. "So why not rule out giving them taxpayer-funded money?"
"Well, Kaitlan, what I said is we're going to look at everything case by case," replied Vance. "Because Kaitlan, there are people who I don't know their individual circumstances, and I don't rule things out categorically when I know nothing about a person's individual circumstances."
Of course, the Vice President of the United States of America should be able to "categorically" rule out payments to violent insurrectionists who assaulted law enforcement officers. But Vance would never dare disagree with his cult leader, no matter how illegal or immoral the matter at hand.
"Let's say a person is accused, let's just say hypothetically, a person is accused of doing something that they never actually did, that they got a kangaroo court, that they had a judge who mistreated them," said Vance. "I think that we should look at those things case by case. We're not making commitments to give anybody money. We're just making commitments to look at things case by case."
The assertion that there were "kangaroo courts" targeting the brave "patriots" who stormed the Capitol on January 6th is a lie that may play well with the Republican base but Vance and his co-conspirators will have a hard time selling that to the American public.
Every single one of us should be outraged. Trump's Justice Department is moving ahead with a $1.776 billion slush fund, siphoned off from taxpayer money, that will be disseminated amongst MAGA loyalists who were "targeted" by the Biden administration.
Attorney General Todd Blanche has refused to rule out the possibility that some of the slush money will go to sex offenders like Andrew Paul Johnson, a January 6th insurrectionist who was pardoned by Trump. After he was released, Johnson went on to molest two middle-school aged children. He then tried to buy their silence by telling them that he'd give them some of the restitution money that Trump was inevitably going to give him.
And that's just one example. Trump's mass pardon freed rapists, pedophiles, and all manner of violent criminals. Some have since been arrested and imprisoned for new crimes, others are still walking the streets free. All of them are expecting a payday.
J.D. Vance will run for President one day. When he does, we'll remind America that he supported reparations for child molesters while hard-working, law-abiding citizens were struggling to just afford groceries and gas.
Please ❤️ and share if you staunchly oppose the slush fund!
@allenanalysis At least when they're on vacation they aren't voting to give our money to the J6 terrorist. I'd be ok if they stayed on vacation until the midterms. At least they aren't screwing us over while they are away. The gop have never been able to govern anyway. Vote! 🌊
