@LouFerrigno Happy New Year Lou!!!! As I get older, I have learned to not "push" my body beyond it's limits. When I was a young Pro Kickboxer, I lived by the belief, "The pain I feel while training is equal to the pain my opponent will feel when we fight". Now, I stop when it gets tough.

@CarrieStevensXO He was very respectful to Boxers and Kickboxers. When I was in the Coast Guard Academy, I went to the Playboy Club in Boston and, because I was in "Dress" uniform, they moved me out of the line and into a front row seat in the Club. May he RIP.....Thanks!

@MrJonCryer I have known Charlie since the mid 80's because my best friend Chris Penn RIP introduced us during one of my visits to LA. You were both great working together on the show and you continued to show great chemistry with Ashton when Charlie left. I'm sure Charlie regrets a LOT...
