We conclude the DECODE Sustainability Empowerment Program with a feeling of satisfaction with the results, but especially having met a great group of deans and sustainability representatives who have greatly contributed with their experiences and knowledge.

The last step of the Empowerment Program is for the deans to build a roadmap towards sustainable development for their academic units. They are collecting all the challenges, tools, and steps and applying them to their specific contexts.

The DECODE Sustainability Empowerment Program is a training directed to deans, heads of departments and their representatives for sustainability.

We have piloted it with 25 representatives coming from 12 different universities during three days in Barcelona.
