Yesterday #DEPO met with NCCPD Leadership about ways to improve transparency in policing.

Though we still disagree on much, we did get commitments to:

- Begin reviewing what policies can be put online
&
- Host a community event to increase police transparency

In times like this, a Community Review Board would examine the evidence and conclusions in the report. Then they’d release a statement regarding the outcome.
Greater transparency = greater trust.
