@sharleenherself Check your employee agreement / contract. Maybe there is something similar on offer (or ask your manager if you feel comfortable) as they might have it, but not good at letting people know about it.

@sharleenherself We have x2 ‘no questions asked / mental health’ days off on offer for staff. A minor initiative to implement that has helped reduce absenteeism. Previous job also had what we called ‘turtle days’ which were similar in theory, but used more to fill the creative cup.
