I’ve been testing the UmmuHub DNA + Epigenetics test and honestly, the process is ridiculously easy. It arrives through your letterbox, you scan the QR code, register your kit and send back a simple saliva sample from home.
What I love most is that it gives you a deeper understanding of what’s actually going on inside your body, from biological age to stress, recovery, hormones, nutrition and how your lifestyle is affecting you on a cellular level. It feels like finally getting data that’s built for women, not generic health advice pulled from the internet.

We look forward to welcoming you.
Meet Dr Saima.
The CEO and one of the minds behind UmmuHub.
She’s been a clinician focused on preventive health and a translational researcher for over 20 years.
She didn’t just join this mission. She built it.
Because she saw the problem firsthand. So much of what we know about health, the research, the data, the guidelines, was built mostly on men.
Women were an afterthought.
UmmuHub exists because that’s not good enough.
An epigenetic platform rooted in female biology. Built so women can actually understand what’s going on in their bodies.
With real precision. Real context. Less guessing.
This is the future Dr Saima is building.
And it’s just the beginning.

Introducing Melody Maker, our creative director!
Two years. Quietly building. Today we open the doors.
UmmuHub is the first platform built entirely on female biology. Not adapted from male data. Not generalised. Built from scratch, on women, for women.
We're not doing a big launch. We want 1,000 women in with us first. To use it, shape it, and help us build it into what it needs to be over the next 3 months.
If you've ever been told your symptoms are normal when something felt wrong, this was built for you.
1,000 spaces only.

Sunday energy 🔥
Tomorrow, the Ummu beta officially goes live.
A new chapter for women’s health powered by epigenetics, biological data and real science. Built exclusively around female biology to deliver personalised insights, protocols and health optimisation at an entirely different level.
The team has spent months building quietly behind the scenes. Tomorrow, the doors finally open.
And this is only the beginning.
ENGNE is close as well. Our male epigenetic performance platform is entering the final stages and looking stronger every day 👀
What is being built inside the DEPH ecosystem right now is unlike anything else in this space.

2 down, 1 to go.
Our second app in the @DEPHNetwork is now live!
3rd app incoming!
No more selling dreams, time to sell some real products and get this flywheel spinning!
Follow, @ummuhub
The shop is LIVE, finally!
I don't think you understand how long this has taken.
Two years. 8,436 women in the study. A team that has given everything to build something that has never existed before.
The world's first DNA and epigenetic test built entirely on women's data. Not borrowed from male research. Not averaged. Built from scratch for female biology.
As of right now you can order it. 30% off for the first 1,000 women. Locked in forever.
Discount code: BETA30
If you've spent years being told everything looks normal when your body was clearly telling you something different, then @ummuhub is for you!

See you there.
And underneath all of it sits the DEPH Network itself:
One infrastructure.
One ecosystem.
One shared health data layer connecting everything together.
300+ clinical partners.
Elite sport.
Women’s health.
Performance.
Longevity.
Research.
AI.
Web3 integration.
All connected.
For the people who stayed patient, kept building, and ignored the noise around us:
thank you.
This is what we’ve been working on.
The picture is finally becoming clear.
Now we move forward.
When we started building this, the vision was huge. Honestly, almost too huge.
A health data network. Epigenetic science. Biological age testing. Women’s health. Men’s performance. AI coaching. Clinical partnerships. Elite sport. Medical cannabis. Global expansion.
Most people told us the same thing:
“Focus on one thing.”
Pick a lane.”
“It’s too ambitious.”
We didn’t pick one.
We built an ecosystem.
The men’s performance platform is almost ready
✅ Elite athlete testing already underway
✅ Professional fight gym partnerships secured
✅ Dozens of elite fighters already onboarded
✅ Emeca is progressing with clinical and regulatory partners
✅ Building one of the first personalised medical cannabis platforms powered by biological age data
Do you know how old your body actually is?
Not the number on your passport. The one your biology has been keeping.
Monday, UmmuHub opens a 3-month beta.
1,000 women only.

Creatine might be doing far more than we’ve given it credit for.
Not just increasing strength.
Not just improving recovery.
But potentially rewiring how your genes behave over time. 🧬
A new study by @DEPHNetwork & @DNA_Labs_ looked at long-term creatine users (~6+ years) and found epigenetic changes across 30+ genes linked to performance.
Three stood out:
1. DYRK2 (muscle development)
Creatine users showed patterns consistent with higher expression.
This gene plays a role in fast-twitch muscle fiber differentiation.
Basically: more power, better hypertrophy potential.
2. NOS3 (eNOS) (blood flow & endurance)
Also shifted toward higher activity.
This gene drives nitric oxide production → vasodilation → oxygen delivery.
Translation: better endurance, recovery, and vascular efficiency.
3. SST (somatostatin) (growth “brake”)
This one went the opposite direction: suppressed.
SST normally inhibits growth hormone release.
Basically: less inhibition → potentially stronger anabolic signaling.
The pattern wasn’t random.
• Genes that SUPPORT performance → more active
• Genes that LIMIT adaptation → dialed down
This is about where performance science is going:
1. Using current supplements and drugs in different ways to alter gene expression
2. Creating new formulations thhat have epigenetic effects

Want to slow down aging at the cellular level?
New research from the UmmuHub team (SportRxiv) reveals:
Women who strength train for 12+ months have significantly younger biological age which is measured by lower DNA methylation on the female-specific
UmmuAge clock.
Lifters: ~0.5 years younger
Non-lifters: ~2.5 years older Even after adjusting for real age, the effect holds strong.Strength training isn’t just about muscle — it’s about longevity, metabolism, hormones, and aging better from the inside out.Lift weights.

Big finding from our latest peer-reviewed publication in JARSIA:
For the first time ever, our DEPH team have discovered that: Long-term creatine use isn’t just performance support, it’s linked to measurable changes in gene regulation.
They found key signals:
• 64 epigenetic changes across 34 genes tied to performance
• Activation of pathways linked to muscle growth, blood flow, and energy metabolism
• Suppression of pathways associated with fatigue and growth inhibition
• Signals pointing to improved recovery, vascularisation, and metabolic efficiency
This showed that creatine may help shape a more “performance-ready” biological profile over time, not just acute output.
The DEPH team are developing gene altering supplements opening a whole new market for existing supplements to be repurposed for chronic usage and long term gene expression change.
