Yesterday @SDRCMINING and another party signed an LOI agreeing to the terms for a significant acquisition. We have spent three years working towards this and I am very proud of our teams persistence and execution.

Both sides have 60 days for DD and normal acquisition activities.

We will be able to announce the details in about 60 days.

This also means that I am unable to publish some things until after this is done. Please understand that this is part of business and we will provide as much as possible.
