Notwithstanding, the system is already way too damaged, the citizens don't know politics goes beyond elections.Decisions are made everyday, deals, meetings, compromise, etc.And truthfully the govt is not just the president - it is way more than that.

When the case of CHIBOK girls came out in the time of HE. G. E. Jonathan, there was no rest in the country.

I remember the wife (patience Jonathan) of the then president coming out on national TV to condemn the act and question people that were saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the school and the state, one of her lines became a trending joke (na only you waka come), the point here is that there was visible action, the country was thrown into mourning and from the presidency to the local government people asked questions, even churches ⛪️ protested in their various sermons.

The nation stood still for months, every mother crying as if it was their own child, Father's speaking with themselves on the low and doing everything they can to protect their families.

Now our fathers get kidnapped Ransome get paid, NYSC copa get killed by bad road or face kidnapped and nothing seems to happen, the one that pain me most is the fact that children of 4 years up got kidnapped and the presidency is moving as if nothing happened, the country is quite, no visible attention from the presidency, people say things and get picked up in second but notorious criminal go about snapping and posting on social media yet nothing is done.

I write with tears in my heart because my jawbones are weak from crying for our country.

When do we put a stop to all this Nigerians, when are we all coming out to hold the right people accountable? When are we going to say enough is enough?

You might see this and not Retweet because you don't like me or because you dont want to get involved or because it's a small account but I'm glad the message has been passed and one thing is certain, IF WE DONT DO IT OUR CHILDREN WILL and remember, One day karma will hold us all accountable.

Our current administration and the First Lady now said we should pray and fast for bandits to change their evil ways. Over 46 people kidnapped. 2-3 years old child sitting in the bush day and night, but they’re here in Lagos celebrating Eid-Mubarak .. well, well, I wish the victims family members peace and strength.

Our natural disaster is our leaders. What a country!!
