You never know when an on-the-road jam session might lead to a personal journey, and eventually end up as a new song.
I first met Pat Thomas at a small music festival in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

We had a short but deep conversation,
and he invited me over to his place to play some music.
With nothing but an address on a napkin and some basic recording equipment, I was on my way.
12 blues bars and 1 bottle of Kentucky whiskey later -
'Bad Luck' was born.
