3/5 Obviously, I was less than pleased that I would have to wait 3 more days and said as much, but I was told that was all they could do. So I waited and heard nothing back.

2/5 Contacted @AmazonUK that evening. (6th) They tell me I have to wait 24 hours. 24 hours later(7th), Amazon help questioned why I didn’t raise it the day before. I told them I did and wanted it sorted as I needed it Then I am told I have to wait 72 hours for them to investigate
