Update: The #Rams not only offered two 1st round picks in a trade for #Panthers DE Brian Burns, they also offered a 2nd round pick, per @jjones9

The final offer before the trade deadline was a 1st in 2024 and 2025 and a 2nd round pick in 2023.

Carolina turned it down.
