Which causes more nerves? Climbing into a car at the start of a race? Or putting on a jacket and heading into the broadcast booth?
@XfinityRacing#AskJr
@JimSannes I'm just a little worried that these engines take longer to get up to speed and that may level the field a bit as far as restarts are concerned. Either way, it's going to be a crazy crap shoot and a heck of a good sweat.
Thanks Jim. You're the best.
@JimSannes Gotcha. I listened to the whole thing. I swear! But I was working on my research at the same time. Must have missed it. One last question then I'll leave you alone. I have a concern that the 510 package may negate a bit the value of drivers who are good at restarts. Thoughts?
@JimSannes Hey Jim. Great job as always and I have a somewhat silly question. You talked a lot about the 550 package during the vid. You are aware that they are not running the 550 package for this race, right?
Sorry if you've already answered this

If a driver wins Stage 1 of the Open and therefore qualifies for the All Star, can they take it to the garage or do they have to finish the Open?

@bobpockrass I saw a tweet earlier today that said that they were using the high downforce package but the engine package would be similar to what they run at the superspeedways (Daytona and Talladega).
